Chef Eric Ripert arrives January 17 through 20, 2013, for the Cayman Islands Cookout: a weekend celebrating food and wine of the Caribbean at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman (map).
A roster of famous chefs, wine experts and spirits blenders will offer tastings, demonstrations, tours and dinners.
