Taste of Christmas
Taste of Christmas is the biggest Christmas food festival in the United Kingdom.
Road Trips Foodies headed to London in early December should consider a stop at this annual celebration of food, drink, restaurants and chefs. It takes place December 7 through 9, 2012, in ExCeL London (map). Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. each day. Standard admission is £23.50 at the door.
To celebrate the world’s coming to London earlier in 2012 (remember the Olympics?), this year’s Taste of Christmas will be launching a brand new feature called ‘Festive Flavors of the World’ showcasing international festive cuisines by taking visitors on a journey of discovery to find out how different countries and cultures celebrate Christmas.
Look for an international feast, unique Christmas gifts, celebrity chef cooking demonstrations and expert master-classes in essential skills for Christmas dining, seasonal baking and festive decorations.
