It will be held at One-O-One at the Sheraton Park Tower, 101 Knightsbridge, London, England (map) on December 18, 2012.
Guests will be treated to an evening of outstanding cuisine and culinary insights from Chef Pascal Proyart as he reveals the secrets behind some of his fish and seafood dishes. Tickets cost £149 per person — and include a five-course tasting dinner, wine pairings with each course, and an opportunity to learn how to cook two of the dishes with Chef Proyart in the One-O-One kitchens.
