Your Road Trips Foodie confesses a weakness for a frosty mug of root beer (even though it’s caffeine- and alcohol-free).
So, she was really happy to discover the Root Beer Store, 20015 Highway 99, Lynnwood, Washington (map).
Touting root beer’s “sassy flavor without the buzz”, this emporium near Snohomish offers some 325 hand-crafted and big-brand root beers from the United States and around the world.
They offer free tastings of selected brands on the first Saturday of each month.
