Driving in central Indiana today, Road Trips Foodies? Swing by downtown Indianapolis (I-65 and I-70 intersect in the Hoosier State Capitol) for the third annual Dig IN – A Taste of Indiana.
From noon until 5 p.m. August 26, 2012, in White River State Park (map) dozens of Indiana chefs, brewers, wineries and food artisans will gather to celebrate all that Indiana agriculture has to offer.
Participants can sample signature dishes made from local products by local chefs, listen to leaders in the Indiana food community speak about food issues and watch cooking demonstrations. In addition, there’ll be local music acts, urban gardening exhibits and samplings of Hoosier wines and craft beers.
