A Taste of Noma in London

We’ve all heard about Noma, the restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark, that’s been acclaimed as “best restaurant in the world”, right?
Well, if you’re in London, England, next month, you could enjoy “A Taste of Noma” at Claridge’s, the hotel in Mayfair.
René Redzepi (pictured), head chef of Noma, joins forces with the five-star hotel this summer. From July 28 to August 6, 2012, Redzepi will be creating a five-course menu at Claridge’s using local, seasonal British ingredients.
Of course, this notice is only a tease. As Road Trips Foodies have no doubt guessed, tickets for “A Taste of Noma at Claridge’s” are already sold out. Pity. We’ll just have to go to Copenhagen!
