New Chef at CasCades in Bali

Heading to Indonesia? The Viceroy Bali (an all-pool-villa resort) has a new executive chef for its CasCades Restaurant.
Chef Graeme Pullen has arrived at the restaurant and lounge named as one of Indonesia’s top five restaurants by The Miele Guide 2011/2012.
He’s expected to continue (yet put his own stamp on) the CasCades international menu combining the “lightness of Japanese, the aroma of Thai, and the spice of Balinese seasoning”.
