Crawfish pies, étoufée, alligator, beignets – is your mouth salivating yet? This Road Trips Foodie is adding La Fête du Monde to her travel schedule right now!
The foodie fest takes place April 20 through 22, 2012, in Lockport, Louisiana (map).
It all takes place under the big tents set up along Church Street. Lockport, in the center of Lafourche Parish, is located along Bayou Lafourche where it meets the old intracoastal canal.
