If you’re a chilehead, you don’t want to miss the 24th annual National Fiery-Foods and Barbecue Show.
It takes place March 2 through 4, 2012, at Sandia Resort and Casino Events Center, 30 Rainbow Road Northeast, Albuquerque, New Mexico (map).
Look for more than 200 vendors showcasing at least a thousand different products, from blazing BBQ to superhot salsa to mild and savory marinades and rubs, even sweet heat desserts.
