“America’s Coolest Small Town” hosts its sixth annual Chocolate Festival on April 14, 2012. Where might that be? Why, Lewisburg, West Virginia, of course!
This sweet day includes chocolate tastings, chef demonstrations, chocolate-themed dinners, a chocolate mousse eating contest, chocolate bakeoff and the Chocolate Chase — a 10K run/walk to work off some of that gooey goodness.
Centerpiece, of course, is the Chocolate Tasting Extravaganza, held in the various shops and businesses in downtown Lewisburg. Festival ticket holders will be able to sample chocolate treats from featured chocolatiers including West Virginia favorites as well as nationally recognized brands.
