SUDA to Open in London

SUDA, a “casual Thai dining concept”, opens next month in St. Martin’s Courtyard, 10 Upper St Martins Lane, Covent Garden, London, England.
The restaurant will introduce diners to a modern take on traditional Thai classics and regional specialties. Customers will be able to watch as chefs make Som Tam using a mortar and pestler, and choose their own combinations at the noodle bar.
SUDA will be open from 11:30 a.m. ’til “late” for food plus cocktails, including Chaopraya, a combination of chile, mango, coriander, basil and lime.
