Buzz About Bees
“Buzz About Bees” is a culinary conversation with some of Chicago’s busiest beekeepers at 6 p.m. February 16, 2011, at Chicago’s Downtown Farmstand, 66 East Randolph Street, Chicago, Illinois.
They’ll will share their experiences, their concerns about Colony Collapse and their best tips for keeping bees happy and productive. After the conversation, a tasting of honey harvested from different locations at different times of the year will demonstrate why honey is not a simple matter.
Admission is free, but registration is required. Call 312:742-TIXS or go online.
