Edible British Columbia

Edible British Columbia calls itself “Sighteeing for Your Taste Buds” (your Road Trips Foodie wishes she’d thought up that tagline for her own efforts!). But, to continue, what a sightseeing trip awaits in this most western of Canada’s provinces.

The three online sections of this initiative are “events”,
“store” and “blog”. Care to go gourmet kayaking? How about a whisky tasting dinner or chef-guided market tour? What about a bottle of birch syrup from the retail store (its slight bittersweet notes give it a more complex, less cloyingly sweet taste than maple syrup).

Edible British Columbia is Canada’s largest culinary tourism operator, so if you’re gonna be traveling in BC, check ’em out.
