Tommy Bahama’s Restaurant & Bar, Town Square, 6635 Las Vegas Blvd South, Las Vegas, Nevada, has a new collection featuring more than 150 rums from around the world. The Tommy Bahama team scoured the globe from Nicaragua to Thailand to Brazil to Jamaica to Barbados to the United States, Trinidad and even the Netherlands. The result: an international collection of rums that will make even the most avid collectors take notice.

Exclusive cocktails set to be served include:
* Pyrat’s Sin: Pyrat Cask Rum (Anguilla), Grand Marnier, sugar cube soaked with bitters.
* Premium Painkiller: Pussers 15 year (British Virgin Islands), pineapple juice, coconut syrup, orange juice and freshly grated nutmeg.
* Authentic Royal Navy Grog: Navy rum (British West Indies), lime juice, brown or cane sugar, dash of bitters.
* The Seersucker: Flor de Cana White rum (Nicaragua), cinnamon bark syrup, lemon juice, strawberry and crushed ice.
* The French Connection: Rhum Babancourt reserve (Haiti), Grand Marnier, fresh lemon juice.

But, Road Trips Foodies, that’s not all. The rest of the 150+ collection starts with Agua Luca, Cachaca, 80 proof, and continues through Ypioca Rum, not omitting the numerous Bacardis, Captain Morgans, Cruzans and Matusalems. Surely there are some you haven’t tried yet, eh?
