Glenlivet Tasting Dinner at Seastar
Chef/owner John Howie of Seastar Restaurant & Raw Bar, 205 108th Ave NE, Bellevue, Washington, is hosting a one-of-a-kind Scotch tasting dinner at 6 p.m. April 24, 2010. Glenlivet brand ambassador Rick Edwards will join guests for a five-course menu priced at $99 inclusive of tax and gratuity. Every course has been designed to pair with one of the vintages of The Glenlivet range (aged from 12 to 25 years).
Glenlivet is the oldest legal distillery in the parish of Glenlivet, Scotland. Founded in 1824, it has operated almost continuously (closing for a time during World War II). Since then it has grown to become one of the biggest single malt distilleries, producing the number one selling malt whiskey in the United States and the number two seller globally.
