Galvin La Chapelle Opens in Autumn
A new city restaurant by the Galvin brothers is set to open in late autumn 2009 (the brothers’ third London restaurant). Based in the magnificent 19th century St. Botolph’s Hall in Spital Square, London, England, Galvin La Chapelle will feature a fine dining restaurant, cocktail bar and an all day café de-luxe with outdoor seating.
According to Eat Out magazine, “The Galvin brothers will head the team as chef patrons and will be joined by Chris’ wife, Sara as Patron and host; Chris and Jeff’s brother, David, who will be in charge of sourcing ingredients; and Chris’ eldest son, Emile, who will join the team as operations manager.”
Chris and Jeff Galvin opened their first restaurant, a French bistrot, on London’s Baker Street in September 2005.
