The Taste of Vail takes place April 4 through 8, 2018, in and around Vail, Colorado.
The event showcases more than 30 of Vail’s chefs and restaurateurs alongside the owners and winemakers from nearly 50 wineries.
Signature events include the “first” tasting of the 2017 rosé wines, an American lamb cookoff, an outdoor tasting and (of course) a grand tasting. Tickets for these (and all the other events) are available online.
Can’t make it to the Rockies next month? The Fall Wine & Food Classic takes place in Vail September 22 and 23, 2018.
