Here’s something different, Road Trips Foodies: a Kosher chili cookoff. It’ll be held his weekend in Houston, Texas.
It’s the fifth year for the event, which begins at 11:30 a.m. March 8, 2015, at the Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center. Visitors will sample chili, listen to music and enjoy the outdoor festival. The event will conclude at 3 p.m. with the selection of the winning chili by celebrity judges.
Admission is $10 for adults and $6 for children (ages 4-12).
