Albany Chef’s Food & Wine Festival is set for January 17 through 19, 2013, in the New York State Capital.
Heading into its fourth year, the event showcases Albany’s culinary resources with tastings, seminars and demonstrations.
Honorary chef for 2013 is Suvir Saran, executive chef of Devi, the only Indian restaurant in the U.S. to have earned a Michelin star. Events include a Slider Slam competition, Barista Albany competition, Signature Chef Invitational and a Grand Gala and Dinner.
Proceeds benefit eight local non-profit arts organizations.
