Fig Fest with Wine

It’s getting close to your Road Trips Foodie‘s favorite fest (fresh figs are irresistible).
Yes, the ninth annual Fig Fest takes place from 9 a.m. ’til 12:30 p.m. August 11, 2012, on the Ag East Lawn of California State University at Fresno.
Savor gourmet food samples from the Central San Joaquin Valley culinary leaders featuring fresh and dried California Figs.
And, oh yeah: this year there’ll also be a wine tasting, complete with commemorative Fig Fest wine glass. Needless to say, for this part of the fest, you must be 21 years or older.
