One of the reasons for hunting is…eating. The organizers of the Cape Fear Wildlife Expo have added wild game cooking to their mix of exhibits and activities.

Ty Conti, author of Cooking on the Wild Side, is one of the presenters at the expo, set for March 16 through 18, 2012, in the Convention Center, 1 Estelle Lee Place, Wilmington, North Carolina (map). Ty will prepare both fish and duck.

Expo admission is $10 for Adults, $7 for seniors (65+) and for Military. Children ten years and under are free when accompanied by an adult.
