Manitoba’s Flavour Trail
The Canadian province of Manitoba has created a self-guided Flavour Trail tour through the Parkland region showcasing the best cuisine of the area. Sweetening the idea is a contest (closing October 28, 2011) that kicks in when you collect stamps from seven locales on the trail.
Needless to say, Road Trips Foodies, all the information is available online, including a downloadable pdf of the Flavour Trail brochure, details about the tour, and rules and requirements for the contest.
Did I mention that the contest is open only to Canadians who don’t live in Québec? Quel dommage!
But, anyone can download the brochure and eat one’s way through Manitoba with or without a contest involved.
