A Foodie’s Dream Trip to NYC?
Champagne and caviar at Petrossian, a gathering with Chef David Bouley at his Manhattan Test Kitchen, pastry by François Payard, visits to Marea and Ai Fiori with Chef Michael White, a private dinner at Eric Ripert’s Le Bernardin…. Sounds impossible, doesn’t it, Road Trips Foodies!
Ah, but it’s not! Michelin Food & Travel is offering all this (and, they promise, even more) from April 7-10, 2011. Accommodations are at the Surrey, 20 East 76th Street, New York, New York.
Of course, this culinary extravaganza is in the “if you have to ask, you can’t afford it” price range. A search of the website turned up no hint as to the cost. Guess you have to sign up to find out!
