The Pigfest BBQ Competition will be held February 19 and 20. 2011, in Talahassee, Florida, Road Trips Foodies.
The Pigfest, a Florida BBQ Association sanctioned barbecue competition, also includes an arts & crafts fair and a music festival. It’ll be held at the North Florida Fairgrounds, 414 Paul Russell Road, Tallahassee, Florida. Hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. February 19 and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. February 20. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for children (with those under 5 getting in free). It’s sponsored by the Capital Area Community Action Agency.
